He became a lawyer in 1999 and is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts. Since 2008, he has been a Partner at the Firm, overseeing the litigation department activities at the Milan office. He is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
Specializing in labor law and trade union law, he regularly provides consultancy and assistance, both extrajudicially and judicially, to leading companies across various sectors including energy, fashion, construction, engineering, and chemistry. His expertise covers all aspects of labor law and the drafting of company policies. Additionally, he regularly assists managers in negotiating and establishing, as well as terminating, employment relationships.
He contributed to the drafting of the Labor Law Code: “Raccolta delle principali leggi sul rapporto di lavoro subordinato privato, commentate con dottrina e Giurisprudenza,” published by La Tribuna.
