Prof. Alessandro Brignone

Was born 15 August, 1963 in Rome and graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza‘ in 1987. He has been teaching Industrial Relations at the Faculty of Economics ‘Federico Caffè‘ Roma Tre University since the 2008-2009 academic year. In this faculty he also teaches in the Master’s program and in specialization courses, along with lecturing on Labour Law, Trade Union Relations, Social Security and Workplace Safety. From 1992 to 2007 he taught Labour Law and Industrial Relations at the Faculty of Law, University of Siena.
After twenty-two years in industrial associations during which time he worked in the Trade Union Management Section of Confindustria and directed three different Industrial Associations ( ATECAP -ready-mix concrete, Ailt – Assolavoro-Employment Agencies, and four years at FIEG , the Federation of Newspaper Publishers) he dedicated himself to free-lance consultancy, having entered the law firm Salonia and Associates as a Corporate Counsellor, on 1 February, 2011. He was Vice President of INPGI (InsuranceInstitute of Journalists), and was director of numerous private and public organizations andinstitutions. He was Councillor of CNEL during the last two mandates. He is the author of numerous monographs and scientific articles based on the subjects he teaches, collaborating specifically with the Group Sole 24 Ore in its legal publications.

Avv. Federica Di Mario

Born in Trieste on 25 June, 1970, she graduated in Law from the ‘Università degli Studi di Milano’ in 1995, becoming a lawyer in 2001. Since 2014 she has been eligible to practice law before the Supreme Court of Cassation and all other High Courts.
She regularly provides advice throughout Italy to Italian and non-Italian employers on all contentious and non-contentious labour matters related to employment and self-employment. She has particular experience in advising in all types of employment contracts, discrimination, compensation, bonus schemes, fringe benefits, disciplinary procedure, individual dismissals, transfer and secondment. Mrs. Di Mario has also a significant experience in trade union relations, negotiation of collective bargaining agreement at plant level , and in advising and drafting workplace policies, handbooks, disciplinary policies, codes of ethics, and data privacy policies. During her working activity she has been involved in several M&A transactions, following all the activities pertaining employment law, including due diligence activities, negotiation of specific representations and warranties, and unions consultation process, as well as in transfer of undertaking, outsourcing, restructuring and reorganization, collective redundancies, and welfare measures.
Mrs. Di Mario worked in leading Italian and International law firms, and has been ranked with her team, when Head of the Employment Department in Italy of a leading International Law Firm, as “Recommended Firm” in The Legal 500 nel 2014 and personally inserted in the list of “The Best in Italy – Labour Report 2014” issued by Legalcommmunity.
She speaks Italian and English and she is enrolled in AGI – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, the Italian labour lawyer association, and in EELA – European Employments Lawyer Association.

Born in Rome 10 October, 1951 and graduated in Law from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza‘ in 1976, then becoming a lawyer in 1982. Since 1996 he has been eligible to practice law before the Supreme Court of Cassation and all other High Courts.

Graduated with honors in Law in 1985, and has been a lawyer since 1989.
Since 2002 he has been eligible to practice law before the Supreme Court of Cassation and all other High Courts.
