She became a lawyer in 1996 and is eligible to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and all other High Courts. She is an AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) member. Her primary focus is labor law in which she has gained significant judicial and extrajudicial experience concerning public and “in-house” companies as well as international labor relationships. She is co-author of the collective work “Law on Public Companies, commentary on the Legislative Decree of August 19, 2016 n. 175”. Furthermore, she was a university collaborator for almost a decade with Prof. Pietro Rescigno in civil law. She is co-author of the collective work ‘Civil Code with Commentary’ and has authored numerous articles and publications in the field of employment law in the daily newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “Guida al Diritto” of “Il Sole 24 Ore”, “Diritto e Pratica del Lavoro”. She is a partner in the firm.
