Valeria Luccarini

She graduated with honors in Law at the University of Trento in September 2022, defending a thesis entitled “The Search for a Typological Quantification Criteria for Compensation for Loss of Chance in Medical Liability.”

She has been a lawyer since June 2025.

In November of that same year, she joined the firm after almost three years at an international law firm, where she practiced employment law—both in and out of court—with a particular focus on issues related to new technologies.

She continues to practice in the field of employment law, with a particular focus on litigation and consulting.
