She is an AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) member. Her primary focus is labor law in which she has gained significant judicial and extrajudicial experience concerning\u00a0public and \u201cin-house\u201d companies as well as international labor relationships. She is co-author of the collective work \u201cLaw on Public Companies, commentary on the Legislative Decree of August 19, 2016 n. 175\u201d. Furthermore, she was a university collaborator for almost a decade with Prof. Pietro Rescigno in civil law. She is co-author of the collective work \u2018Civil Code with Commentary\u2019 and has authored numerous articles and publications in the field of employment law in the daily newspaper \u201cIl Sole 24 Ore\u201d and \u201cGuida al Diritto\u201d of \u201cIl Sole 24 Ore\u201d,\u00a0\u201cDiritto e Pratica del Lavoro\u201d.
